項目簡介

ü 團隊在領導的指揮和推動下，通過各層級的溝通協調，共同完成一項特殊的任務，體驗團隊的領導機制，溝通機制和決策機制。

ü 所有隊員分成盲人和啞人兩組，相互幫助。經歷一段艱難的路程，最后完成一項共同的宏偉任務。

培訓目標

ü 體驗領導在指揮團隊完成復雜任務過程中的角色定位；

ü 培養團隊形成高效的決策機制和執行能力；

ü 體驗團隊各層級的溝通方式，解決溝通障礙。

Project Description
